Due to GDPR regulations we require to ask if you're ok with us storing your personal information, in particular, your name, email address and email address. Any information we recieve from you will only be viewed by the admin to confirm and organise your booking.

All data is stored in a secure database online using a secure SSL certificate on UK based servers. We take security seriously and have built the site with security at the forefront. If a data breach was to occur we will contact you directly.

Any personal information that is kept after the event date will be on our system for 3 months and then automatically deleted by the system.
